Hello, there, is it possible to delete all variables in the current UI by jumping to the previous one ? Unfortunately I can hardly use the Back button because I work a lot with conditions. The best way to explain this is to use an example. 1. I set up the possibility to install Office [Variable = OSD_office_install / Value = Office365] 2. go one step further 3. I set the office language [Variable = OSD_office_language / Value = OfficeDE] 4. go one step further 5. Note that I made a mistake and don't want to install Office 6. Go back two steps 7. Set no office [Variable = OSD_office_install / Value = OfficeNO] 8. Go one step further. 9. Now the Office language selection is no longer displayed. Set by Condition But the variable remains [Variable = OSD_office_language / Value = OfficeDE] ! greetings, Mario

You'll have to account for this in the XML by having the variable set to blank specifically if that's a possible choice. IOW, you need to account for every possible choice that can be made.

Hi Jason,
the "variable values" were reset. The problem is that the variable itself still exists. And to the variable itself the conditions refer then in further steps. I also use the variable name in the task sequence.
Example Task sequence : OSD_office_language exists then program XY is installed independent of the value.

I'd have to see a log and XML configuration for this explicitlly to account for what's going on.
