Unable to pass variables during WinPE

I setup UI++ in the boot image itself. I have it set OSDComputerName and and SMSTSPreferredAdvertID. I see that it sets them as TSVar's via Ctrl+F2 and the applications I select... However when I select next and go past the pre-flight check It opens up Task Sequence Wizard. Asks me which Task Sequence I'd like to run and for an OSDComputerName. Am I missing something? Here is an example of my XML.
