I am currently sending an email to the tech that imaged the PC, it includes a list of the apps they chose to install. But I would like to include a list of what actually installed. It would be great to get the errors too if that happened.

That's not really UI++'s job. All UI++ does is set a series of task sequence variables. What actually installed and any error codes is something that is controlled by the task sequence engine itself and occurs after UI++ finishes executing. You could use a custom PowerShell script to skim the appenforce.log and gather the info that way. There are other possibilities as well, but they are all outside the scope of UI++.
