Any one have any issues with preflight checks? In the gather action it's returning XSystemSecureBoot=False when it is set to enabled in the bios.
Model is Lenovo T490.

Is this limited to that model or does it occur on additional models as well?

I don't know that particular model but I see this behaviour with Intune compliance as well. Some models that don't have a TPM chip with 2.0 firmware incorrectly report SecureBoot status

For clarity here, UI++ checks the value UEFISecureBootEnabled at SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\SecureBoot\\State in the registry to populate this variable. If Windows is not setting this correctly, that's a Windows bug that should be reported to Microsoft.

That's not a UI++ issue then. You've either hit a Windows bug or more likely, a hardware issue.
