We have devices for vehicle mounted devices (VMT) which are numbered incrementally. It would be great if I could set the OSDComputerName variable to "SITEVMT##" with an ADAutoIncrement="True" value for the input text when using ADValidate="True". It would then check if SITEVMT01 exists, and if it doesn then check SITEVMT02, SITEVMT03, etc.
Ideally unless all computers names are taken (01-99) it should just show a progress screen while it is "searching for available computer name" and display a screen with an error only if none are available, allowing to "go back" to try another option.

You can do this with POWERSHELL using "ExternalCall". If you want to learn more about this please let me know. I can post an article on how I did this too. I also have it pull "SECURIY" group from the username that is entered so that specific software will be installed based on their groups.

I've had an item in my backlog for this for a while. I'll see about adding it in the near future.
